I am asked quite frequently is what criteria do I use to determine a site is haunted and how many sites have I declared or certified as haunted?

I spent this past weekend at Gabriel's Inn in Ijamsville, MD with assorted spiritual practitioners, paranormal investigators, entertainers and Gabriel's featured special guest, Michael Varhola.

While it's always interesting to talk to people and vendors at these events, I often find it quite interesting to just sit back and listen.
